attfieldh46 - 5 Stars - Yes, this really is a five star company. Pam Howard, the Owner, is extremely thorough, has great taste/advice, and made my windows look great! I am so glad I went with a small, local company. Pam made the process of installing shades in my home a very personal and efficient process. She came onsite and worked with me to find a quality product that fit within my budget. She also installed the shades herself! Overall a great experience. Beautiful Blinds and Shutters is truly exceptional in service, quality and customer satisfaction!

lawall47 - 5 Stars - I love my Beautiful Blinds. Wood blinds for 4 windows and a sliding fabric screen for an awkward interior door. Pam came to my house with all the right stuff to help me decide. She had samples and suggestions. The delivery and installation was on time. The price was reasonable. I love my Beautiful Blinds so much I had Pam come out again today and give me a quote on some additional windows. By all means...call Pam!

carolynmilliman - 5 Stars - We have been a customer for over five years of Beautiful Blinds in Brookings, Oregon and appreciate the expertise and accurancy of the blind job that we received from Pam of Beautiful Blinds Shutters and Shades. We have had our living room, family room, all three bedrooms and blinds for new remodeled bath room designed by Pam as when it comes to Blinds!!! Pam and her husband, John, know how to help design the perfect blinds for our home. We recently added an office to our RV building and Pam helped my husband, Gary Milliman (City of Manager of Brookings, Oregon) choose Beautiful Blinds!! For his office!!! We are thoroughly impressed with excellent work that Pam has done for us when it comes to choosing and installing BEAUTIFUL BLINDS!!!!! My husband and I want to Thank Pam and her husband, John for job well done when it comes to BLINDS!!

ralynch11 - 5 Stars - It was a delight to have Pam Howard, of Beautiful Blinds assist me with my vision for the window treatments in my new home. I elected to have Pam help me with this project, because of my past experience with her expertise over 10 yrs. ago. She is a knowledgeable, patient professional, and strives to help the customer find cost-effective window treatments that will be attractive, and functional.

intrex1 - 5 Stars - I was very pleased with the large selection of samples to choose from and the quality of their products. Pam is professional, detailed oriented and thorough when taking accurate dimension. The price for the quality blinds (including free installation) are better than you get at JC Penney and much less expensive. I am a very satisfied customer.

They were courteous and professional in their work. The quality was also top notch. We would recommend them to anyone and will be utilizing their services in the future.

litai - 5 Stars - I had never heard of Beautiful Blinds, Shutters & Shades before; however, this beautiful lady is a delight. She has class, knowledge and knows her "Customer Service" ins and outs. She removed my worn blinds with ease and I enjoy the new ones so very much. I rate her at the top of any list. She is friendly, eager to please and knows the window/shades business. She is on time, good telephone contacts and efficiently accomplishes her customer's wishes, I hope to send her many new people that need her assistance and skill to make their life happy and worry free like she accomplished for me.

I spoke with business owner, Pam, who was at my home to evaluate my situation within an hour. She was personable, professional, and very knowledgeable. She assisted me in choosing a new, updated blind which coordinated beautifully with my coastal décor. The new blind arrived quickly and was installed seamlessly by Pam and her husband. My new blind is absolutely gorgeous, fits perfectly, and has inspired me to replace the remaining blinds throughout my home. I highly recommend this professional, locally owned business to anyone!
